1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellations within 24-48 hours of check-in, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Any service fees charged by third-party booking platforms are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Some promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
4. Early Check-Out Policy
- If a guest chooses to check out before the booked departure date, a refund for the unused nights is not guaranteed and is subject to management discretion.
5. Force Majeure & Hotel Cancellations
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, the hotel may offer a full refund or a booking reschedule.
- If the hotel cancels a reservation due to maintenance or other operational issues, a full refund will be provided.
